Resim
Local governments, in order to meet the needs of local community members living in a certain geographical area, perform local services related to economic, social, cultural wealth and welfare with general authority, in line with their own responsibility, implement the principles of openness and transparency in their functioning, pluralist and participatory democracy, They are autonomous, democratic institutions with public legal personality, used by the closest administrative unit to the local people.
